INFORMATION MADE UNDER THE ART. 13-14 OF GDPR (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION) 2016\/679<\/b><\/p>

We inform you that, for the establishment and execution of contractual relationships with you in progress, our organization is in possession of your data, acquired also verbally, directly or through third parties, qualified as personal by the Regulation Europe 2016\/679 from (GDPR).
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
According to article 13 of the GDPR 2016\/679, therefore, we provide you with the following information:<\/p>

Nature of the processed data:<\/strong> we process your personal, contact and economic data necessary for the performance of existing or future contractual relationships with your company. As well as to achieve effective management of commercial relations. The data is processed without your express consent art. 6 lett. b, e, GDPR, only and exclusively for the following Service Purposes. We are not in possession of your data that can be classified as particular or of a judicial nature (articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR). <\/p>

Purpose of processing and duration:<\/strong> Your data is processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently, for contractual requirements and related fulfillment of legal and fiscal obligations, and for effective management of financial and commercial relations, transactions indicated in the art. 4 n. 2) GDPR. The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for the Service Purposes. <\/p>

Processing methods:<\/strong> the treatment will be carried out both with manual and \/ or telematic tools with organization and processing logics strictly correlated to the same purposes and in any case in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in respect of the organizational, physical and logical measures envisaged by current regulations.<\/p>

Obligation or right to provide data:<\/strong> as regards the data that we are obliged to know, in order to fulfill the obligations provided for by law, your failure to provide such data will make it impossible to establish or continue the relationship, within the limits set by which these data are necessary for the execution of the same.<\/p>

Scope of knowledge of your data:<\/strong> the following categories of subjects may become aware of your data, acting as data controllers or processors of the treatment, appointed by the undersigned company: managers, directors and auditors; internal secretarial offices; accounting and invoicing employees; service providers; agents and representatives.<\/p>

Communication and dissemination:<\/strong> your data will not be disclosed by us to undetermined subjects by making them available or by consultation. Your data may be communicated by us, as far as their respective and specific competence is concerned, to Bodies and in general to any public or private subject with respect to which there is an obligation for us (or faculty recognized by law, secondary or community legislation ) or need for communication, as well as to our consultants, within the limits necessary to carry out their duties in our organization, subject to our letter of assignment which imposes the duty of confidentiality and security. <\/p>

Data transfer in countries outside the European Union:<\/strong> only where necessary, Personal Data may be transferred abroad to countries outside Europe whose level of data protection has been deemed adequate by the European Commission pursuant to art. 45 of the GDPR or after signing the standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) adopted \/ approved by the European Commission pursuant to art. 46, 2 lett. C) and d) or after the adoption of other guarantees pursuant to art. 46 and 47 of the GDPR. <\/p>

Your rights:<\/strong> in your quality as an interested party, you have the rights referred to in art. 15 GDPR and precisely the rights of: i. obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form; ii. obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, GDPR; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees; iii. obtain: a) updating, rectification or integration of data; b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the protected right; iv. object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated call systems without the intervention of an operator through email and \/ or through traditional marketing methods by phone and \/ or mail. Where applicable, you will also have the rights pursuant to articles 16-21 GDPR (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of treatment, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Guarantor Authority. At any time you can obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning you and the communication of such data and the purposes on which the treatment is based. In addition, you can obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is your interest in this regard, the integration of data. You can oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment itself. We kindly ask you to promptly report to the company reference office any change in your personal data in order to comply with the art. 11, letter (c) of the aforementioned legislation, which requires that the data collected be accurate and, therefore, updated. <\/p>
